(Our older daughter now lives in Brandon Manitoba and she schedules appointments with Tony's when she returns to Winnipeg on visits.) Wonderful owner, service manager and all other staff. The only time I go to the dealership is when I have to, such as for warranty work. I find everyone friendly and knowledgeable and I believe that I get excellent value for my money. I also feel that I am treated with respect and integrity. I could probably find a cheaper service station, but price isn't all that I'm concerned about. |

Mark provided regular updates as the diagnosis progressed and an estimate of the repair costs as soon as the cause was determined, along with setting my expectation on when the car would be ready for pickup. Service was excellent as usual. |

| Review by Trish Rawsthorne: I have been attending this service center for many years and have always received excellent service and advice. I had a tear in the rubber of one tire (performance tire) that was pre-existing and they must have filled it somehow which was very nice of them. A few days after the scheduled maintenance package, I noticed that this particular tire was running very low - took it back and filled it with air and scheduled a return appointment for the next morning to find the cause. It turned out that I had driven over a nail at some point after my scheduled appointment and this was fixed on time as promised the next day. |
